Our service fees are provided upon enquiry and are subject to change. Current rates are based on the NDIS and aged care pricing schedules effective from 1 July 2026. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement. In general, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled visits. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your agreement.
