Serenity Companions supports NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. We deliver the same compassionate, personalised care to NDIS participants as we do to our private and Support at Home clients — with pricing aligned to the NDIS Price Guide.
Who Is This Service For?
Our NDIS support services are available to participants who manage their own NDIS funding — either directly as a self-managed participant, or through a registered plan manager as a plan-managed participant.
Self-managed and plan-managed participants have the flexibility to choose their own support providers, including providers like Serenity Companions who are not NDIS-registered. This gives you more choice and control over who delivers your care and how it is delivered.
If you are agency-managed (where the NDIA pays providers directly), your supports must be delivered by a registered NDIS provider. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will help you understand your options.

What NDIS Supports Do We Provide?
We deliver supports across several NDIS support categories, including Assistance with Daily Life, Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, and Transport. All supports are delivered in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the relevant support catalogue.

NDIS Pricing
Pricing for NDIS participants follows the NDIS Support Catalogue and the current NDIS Price Guide, rather than our standard private rate schedule. The applicable rate depends on the support item, time of day, and day of the week.
For self-managed participants, we invoice you directly and you claim reimbursement from the NDIS portal. For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager directly — you don't need to handle any payments yourself.
We are happy to provide a detailed service agreement and pricing schedule before any supports commence, so you know exactly what to expect. There are no hidden fees.
